My girlfriend has been in recruitment for 3 years now and the most import part for here ( small company 2 people) is the Candidate and capturing details (registration), companies are reluctant to add or pay for a job post (doing the work them selves) as they like to interface with the recruiter.....build relationships...
If a profile are (tabs?) had a basic registration, (tab1) extended profile+CV(tab2) and a questionnaire/interview (tab3) etc this could be hidden from employers by admin/user so employers may or may not be able to view.
Allowing people to send an immediate cv with some basic details for a job application would help as would a subscribe to a job category.
